Guidanced tour over the cemetery
A guidance over the cemetery is a regular part of a stay at the Youth Meeting Center Ysselsteyn. You will get interesting information over the history, the construction and several special characteristics concerning the cemetery. After the guidance you are more than welcome to enjoy coffee, tea or lemonade in our Youth Center.
Time: The guidance lasts about an hour.
Costs:  
Monday till Friday (till 16:00hr): € 15,00 (max. 30 persons)
Friday (16:00hr) till sunday: € 25,00 (max. 30 persons)
(For groups who are staying at the Youth Center the guidance is free of charge)

Work on the cemetery
The work on the cemetery is an important part of our peace education. This way the cemetery is not only maintained as a memorial for future generations, but also offers the opportunity for young people to be confronted with the consequences of war and violence prompting the youth to think about questions of war and peace and paving the way for further projects (e.g. projects concerning prevention of violence).
The youth does work such as re-writing the letters on the crosses using typewriters and cleaning the crosses with a special soap suds. 
During your preparations remember to mention that the students should not wear their best clothes.

Time:   minimal 2 hour
It depends on the weather. 
In the weekends there is no work.
